AirBox Advanced
Operating System

A remotely controlled dashboard that allows you to connect, manage, adjust, schedule, and monitor your AirBox air purifiers. Prepare your facilities for any indoor air quality event and minimize maintenance with the AirBox Advanced Operating System.

Different types of air purifiers are needed for different types of spaces. All of which, have differing CFM output settings, filter medias, maintenance schedules, and can often be located across milewide campuses. This can pose a real challenge for facility managers. It can almost seem impossible to maintain. Whether your facility requires large quantities of portable air cleaners or High-Volume Purifiers (HVPs) that integrate with your Building Management System (BAS) to maintain a safer, healthier environment, you need the AirBox Advanced Operating System (AOS) to manage them. With AirBox’s AOS, we make it possible and even well, easy.

Key Benefits

Facility Preparedness

Effectively prepare your facilities for any indoor
air quality event, like wild fires, chemical spills,
viral outbreaks, or typical flu season with an
easy switch to IRMM

Filter Life Efficiency

With integrated differential pressure, TVOC, and
CO2 sensors on-board, you can track filter life,
prolonging filter change schedules

Energy Conservation

Schedule your units to only run during
occupied hours to save energy

Minimize Maintenance

Adjust airflow output and monitor performance
from one cellular dashboard, effectively
minimizing maintenance needs

Assure cleaner air with AirBox Advanced Operating System.

AirBox air cleaners’ ability to monitor filter life using integrated differential pressure, TVOC, and CO2 sensors
make them essential for risk-free indoor air quality compliance. Filter maintenance schedules, based off of
manufacturer’s recommended intervals, can be cumbersome and you can’t ensure that your filtration is
actually still effective. Some spaces can be much dirtier than others.

Simplify maintenance, save money, and streamline
safe controls with AirBox Advanced Operating System.

Integrate with your existing Building Management System (BMS) and place all of your AirBox air purifiers on the
same schedule and adjust airflow with the touch of a button. Once a device is set to a schedule and CFM
output, the physical device controls can be inactivated, assuring that your device stays on its specified set
point from your building readiness plan, allowing tamper-proof maintenance.

Schedule a combination of high-volume and portable air purifiers

Easily connect your units and
optimize maintenance

Reliable Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity makes the AirBox AOS the riskfree solution ensuring that you remain informed and in control
regardless of your location. Simply turn your unit on, and it will
connect to our cloud. The dashboard’s alert system will notify
assigned facility managers of filter life and when a device has been
unplugged or is no longer on schedule.

Maintain constant compliance
with ventilation standards

The AirBox Advanced Operating System upholds the regulations
within ASHRAE Standard 241 – Control of Infectious Aerosols with a
quick switch to Infection Risk Management Mode (IRMM) across your
facility for heightened infection risk. The AirBox AOS also maintains
compliance with ASHRAE Standard 62.1 Indoor Air Quality Procedure
(IAQP) by ensuring proper ventilation is running and filtration is
effective in removing the design compounds.

Achieve ASHRAE Standard 62.1 and 241
Compliance With AirBox Air Cleaners

AirBox air cleaners are specifically engineered to abide by the strict indoor air quality requirements set forth by both ASHRAE Standard 241 for heightened infectious risk and ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2022 Indoor Air Quality Procedure for standard operation.

By harnessing advanced air purification technologies, AirBox systems effectively capture over 99.99% of tested airborne contaminants,
including infectious aerosols that can pose significant health risks. Tests are available on request.

AirBox air cleaners apply to a wide range of building types, including corporate offices, construction sites, schools, and healthcare facilities.

Professional Analysis

Our data-driven Air Quality Assessment
takes the guesswork out of what’s going
on with your air. It tells you exactly what
contaminants are in your indoor air and
how much. These steps will lead you
from guessing to knowing – and from
dirty, unhealthy air to clean.

Asset Protection

By ensuring good indoor air quality, the
HVAC system can operate more
efficiently, reducing energy costs and
extending its lifespan. This, in turn, can
also lower the maintenance costs for
your building.

Risk and Liability Mitigation

Building owners and managers have a
legal responsibility to provide a safe
and healthy environment for their
occupants. Failure to maintain proper
IAQ can result in serious liability risks,
including lawsuits, fines, and damage to
the reputation of the building.
